| Reservations |
| We recommend you reserve appointments prior to your arrival to our Spa, as demand for services is high. One of our spa reservation agents can book your reservation. We accept all major credit cards and traveler’s checks. A credit card number is required to guarantee your appointment. By scheduling your appointment, you are indicating your acceptance of the spa policies listed below. For the relaxation and serenity of all our clients, infants and children under the age of fifteen may not accompany adults to the spa. |

| Group Reservations |
| Do you have a special occasion coming up? Whatever the event, Tova Day Spa can customize packages and coordinate group functions for both intimate gatherings and large convention groups. We coordinate all spa appointments, arrange a Limousine service if desired, and arrange refreshments. Begin your spa experience early by allowing us to take care of all those pre-planning details for you. |

| Cancellations |
| When canceling or rescheduling a reservation, please allow 24 hours notice for single spa packages and 48 hours notice for multiple appointments. Spa parties require seven days cancellation notice. Reservations cancelled or rescheduled without sufficient notice will be charged 50%. No-shows will be charged 100%. We appreciate your understanding that our spa professionals must be compensated for their time. |

| Medical Conditions |
| If you are pregnant or have a medical condition such as high blood pressure, allergies, or some physical illness or disability, it is your responsibility to seek the advice of a medical professional prior to receiving any spa treatments. Our licensed spa professionals are not medical doctors and cannot advise you on the suitability of spa treatments in your condition. Please advise our spa reservations agent if you require any special accommodation. |

| Arrival Time |
| For your enhanced comfort and relaxation, we suggest you arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled treatment, to allow time to relax in the lounge, sauna, steam room, or whirlpool. In the event you arrive late for your appointment, please be advised that your treatment will end on time, so that the next guest is not delayed. |

| Gift Cards |
| We are delighted to assist you in selecting the perfect, personalized gift. Gift cards may be purchased in any dollar amount for treatments, services, or products. Gift cards are elegantly presented and can be ordered by phone or through our website at www.tovadayspa.com. Be advised that gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. |

| Cell Phones |
| The Spa is an oasis of peace and quiet. Please turn off all cell phones and pagers within the spa to enhance everyone's experience. |

| Valuables |
| Thank you for leaving your valuables at home. Tova Day Spa cannot be responsible for lost or stolen property. If you are a guest at the hotel, please leave your valuable items in the safe in your guest room. |

| Gratuity & Service Charge |
| In an effort to make your spa experience as seamless as possible, an 18% service charge is be added to your treatment price at check-in. Additional gratuity is left to your discretion. Gratuity envelopes are available at the front desk for your convenience. Our spa professionals appreciate your generosity. If you feel uncomfortable with our standard gratuity policy, please let us know. |

| What do I need to bring? |
| Please check-in at the spa reception desk to receive a robe, slippers, and a private locker for your personal belongings. Robe and slippers must be returned before leaving the spa to avoid charges. Remember your swimsuit if you would like to enjoy the Water Therapies before, between, or after your services. |

| Be mindful of other guests’ space. |
| While you are certainly welcome to engage in quiet conversation, please refrain from loud talking. Our lounge is a place where many guests savor a much-needed private moment to read, meditate or simply relax. |
